Flue gas purification - in thermal treatment of earth contg. pollutants at lower temps. than for combustion
摘要
Thermal treatment of earth contg. pollutants in a furnace (esp. a directly heated rotary kiln) comprises heating the earth at high temps. by the combustion of fuel, so that part of the pollutants burn and the unburnt propn. leaves the furnace together with the flue gas (I) produced on combustion. The novelty is that the flue gas is purified at lower temps. relative to those for combustion by passing through a coke hopper. USE/ADVANTAGE - Sepn. of all undesirable pollutants from the flue gas is complete.
