Diagnosing mechanical properties of machines from vibration signals - compared in frequency domain with pattern signals after fast fourier transformation
摘要
The diagnosis of the mechanical properties of machines involves using the vibration of a rotating part and/or of the whole machine as the detection signal (S). The detection signal is transformed from the time domain into the frequency domain by Fast Fourier Transformation (FFTS). In the frequency domain the detection signal is compared with a pattern signal (M) formed for the normal state or for defined error states. Deviations of the detection signal from the pattern signal are indicated. /USE/ADVANTAGE USE/ADVANTAGE - Typical machine defects can be rapidly and reliably diagnosed from routinely formed vibration images.
