The delivery valve for containers and pipe lines is fixed to same by a flange and has a valve body displaceable in a valve housing. The valve body (20) is separated by a flat membrane from the operating members piston (21), piston rod (22) of the valve which act on the valve body. The flat surface membrane is fixed on the valve body and tensioned in the valve housing. The valve housing (11) pref. comprises two spaced parts (12,13) held by a spacer (14) to form a valve chamber (17). ADVANTAGE - The simple valve can be operated controlled by pressure medium without difficulty.
