PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of abnormality at the time of operation by providing the title device with a shift lever having a position pin, a control means, a rotary flange, and the like, and a rotary bush having a main body and a tension member to bear the downward load of the position pin. CONSTITUTION:When a shift lever 1 is rotated into the position of being engaged with a parking range P in the standing state of an automobile or the like, a solenoid 15 is turned off, and a solenoid pin 15a protruding by spring force in the solenoid 15 is placed into the pushed direction. A rotary bush 14 is rotated only by the pressing force of the solenoid 15, and the positions between a position pin 7 and the recessed groove 14a of the bush 14 are dislocated. The pin 7 therefore interferes with the upper face of the tension member 14b of the bush 14 and remains there so as to be prevented from coming off the rage P. As the material covering the bush 14 is of soft synthetic resin, the bush 14 is prevented from the generation of abnormality even if it rubs against the lever main body 9 of the lever 1 during its rotation. |
