PURPOSE:To produce the corrugated steel sheet which has uniform mechanical properties and has good flatness by hot rolling a cast billet having corrugated stocks laminated via a separating material internally interposed therebetween, separating the rolled sheet and forming the corrugated sheet. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of the corrugated stock sheets 2, 2 made of steel are laminated via the separating material 3 and laminated parts 4 at the upper and lower, right and left end faces are welded and restrained to form the corrugated stock sheet 1. This corrugated stock sheet 1 is then disposed and fixed in a casting mold as a core material and thereafter, the cast steel is poured into the casting mold to produce the cast billet 6 internally having the corrugated stock sheet 1. This case billet 6 is hot rolled and the upper and lower, right and left end faces of the rolled sheet obtd. in such a manner are cut and separated, by which two sheets of the desired corrugated steel sheets are formed. As a result, the corrugated steel sheet having the uniform mechanical properties and the good flatness is produced. |
