Machine mechanical property diagnosis method - analysing state parameters of vibration signals to defect roller braking deflects

The diagnosis of the mechanical properties of machines involves the use of the vibration signals of rotating parts and/or of the whole machine as the diagnostic signal. The analogue signal is digitised, filtered by a high pass filter and the min. height of all pulses is determined. The pulse density, height, width, sepn. and edge gradient distributions are determined. The mechanical properties of the roller bearings in the machine are determined from the deviation of these state parameters from their standard values. USE/ADVANTAGE - For rapid, reliable diagnosis of roller bearing defects in machines with rotating parts.
