PURPOSE:To provide a multilayer printed board which prevents the generation of interlaminar air bubbles and deviation by absorbing the interior of a jig plate which clamps a laminated body into vacuum stage and pressurizing equally a hot plate designed to heat said jig plate under pressure, using a fluid. CONSTITUTION:A laminated body 1, which comprises printed boards previously interconnected and an insulation binding material which are placed one upon another alternately, is clamped by a jig plate 4 which comprises an upper jig plate 3 and a lower jig plate 4. The jig plate 4 comprises a vacuum suction port 5 designed to remove the air inside and a sealing material 6 which maintains a vacuum state. A hot plate 9 which comprises an upper hot plate 7, and a lower hot plate 8, is heated by an electric heater, steam, and heat medium so that the heat may be transferred to the jig plate 4. A fluid 10, such as air is fed to the side of the hot plate 9 which is not interfaced with the jig plate 4 from a liquid pressurizer port 11 so as to transfer the pressure to the hot plate 9. This manufacturing unit is capable of eliminating interlaminar air bubbles generated on the multilayer printed board and moreover inhibiting interlaminar deviation between the printed boards. |
