PURPOSE:To attain the single or simultaneous operation of a heterodyne repeating system and a reproduction repeating system by using a switch which connects the output of a receiver to a transmitter set in an optional direction in the state of an intermediate frequency signal or a hybrid and a MODEM which performs a reproduction repeating operation. CONSTITUTION:The subject system in constituted of a transmission/reception demultiplexer/multiplexer DIP 1, a receiver RX 5, a transmitter TX 3, and switches SW 8-10 form a 1st radio repeater which transmits/receive the high frequency signals to/from an earth station in the same area. While a DIP 2, an RX 6, a TX 4, and the SW 11-13 form a 2nd radio repeater which points to an earth station in another area. A MODEM 7 and the hybrids HYB 14 and 15 form a reproduction repeating system. Thus it is possible to constitute a heterodyne repeating system and a reproduction repeating system which perform the single or simultaneous repeating operations in many direction like the satellite communication via the control performed on the ground. |
