Granulation of mineral fodder supplements - by mixing monocalcium phosphate with water

Mineral feed supplements contng. the elements Ca, P and opt. Na, Mg and/or trace elements, are granulated by mixing in a mixer-granulator partially or completely anhydrous monocalcium phosphate with sufficient water to convert the monocalcium phosphate to the monohydrate. The water may be added in the form of aq. feed supplements, e.g. molasses, skimmed milk or whey.
