<p>PURPOSE:To recognize all date data even if inputted date data length is long by simplifying the date data in accordance with the data length to be displayed in the prescribed area of a display part. CONSTITUTION:Inputted date data and memo data are stored in a data memory as a pair. At the time of inputting a memo data display instruction signal from a main control part or the like, an edition control part 2 consisting of a microprocessor reads out the date data and the memory data from the data memory 1 based upon its incorporated control program. When the data length of the read date data is longer than the data length to be displayed in the prescribed area of the display part 3, weekly data in the read date data are deleted to simplify the date data. Consequently, the date data can be displayed in the prescribed area.</p> |
