<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the breakage of a blade by forming the blade from a fiber reinforcing material mixed into elastomer base material and orienting the fiber in a fixed direction for one end to the other of the base material. CONSTITUTION: The blade 10 is made of the elastomer base material including the fiber reinforcing material, and fiber is oriented to be nearly parallel with the upper/lower faces 14 and 16 of a length L and vertical to the front face 18 of a height (h) from one end to the other of the blade. In this case, various fiber can be used singly or by combining. A fiber 22a, e.g. is extended perfectly from one end to the other of the material and finishes at the front face, and a fiber 22b similarly finishes at the front face 18 but is a comparatively short fiber. Least the boundary of fiber 22c and 22d become the first place of the breakage or tearing, the fibers 22c and 22d vary in length and finish not at the front face 18 but a little bending the front face 18. The cleaning blade 10 made by using this materials is provided with a high resonating frequency and high accommodation in a crossing direction. Thereby the breakage of the blade is prevented.</p> |
