PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of processing strain by a method wherein a belleville spring is provided with a flat inner peripheral rim non-processed area and a flat outer peripheral rim non-processed area integrally to form a groove. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic motor is provided with a belleville spring 10, functioning as a rotary body, between a resonance body and an output shaft. The belleville spring 10 has a hollow truncated conical section having a top rim part 101 and a bottom rim part 102 while respective circumferential parts are provided with an annular flat inner peripheral rim non-processed area 111, an outer peripheral rim non-processed area 112 and a main body part 12, connecting the non-processed areas 111, 112. The main body part 12 is provided with a multitude of radial notched grooves 13 to form a multitude of disc spring sections 14 and an annular belleville spring section 15. |
