PURPOSE:To permit high-speed feeding and high resolution by a method wherein a rotor magnet is rotated into a given direction at all times while the rotating output of an outputting unit is obtained by a relative speed difference between the rotating speed of the rotor magnet and the rotating speed of a first coil or the sum of the relative speed. CONSTITUTION:One set of stepping motor is constituted substantially between the core 8 of a main rotor and a rotor magnet 53 as well as magnetic poles 51, 52. The other one set of stepping motor is constituted substantially between a stator core 2 and the rotor magnet 53 as well as the magnetic poles 51, 52. The switching speed of exciting phases between the main rotor 4 and a sub rotor 5 is determined by the number of step pulse per unit time and the rotating direction of the main rotor may be switched by the difference of the switching speeds of the exciting phases while the main rotor may be rotated with stepless rotating speed and a high resolution. According to this method, the outputting unit may be moved with a high resolution and high speed. |
