PURPOSE:To enable recognizing the state of charge and service interruption of each node accurately by repeatedly processing said state of charge and service interruption of each node on the basis of each branch data and power node data in an electric power system. CONSTITUTION:Branch data indicating the ON-OFF state of respective branches R1, R2, R, etc., in an electric power system and power node data indicating the state of charge and service interruption of power nodes N1, N2 are respectively loaded into an arithmetic and logic unit. Said unit is caused to recognize node data indicating the state of charge and service interruption of all other power nodes such as Nm and Nn and excepting data of said power nodes N1, N2 on the assumption that all of said other power nodes are in the state of service interruption whether said other nodes are in any state of charge or service interruption. Then, the operation by said arithmetic and logic unit is started to process the state of charge and service interruption of respective nodes N1, N2, Nm, Nn repeatedly on the basis of said power node data and branch data. Thus, the state of charge and service interruption of respective nodes N1, N2, Nm, Nn can be judged accurately. |
