<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the discharge of a battery through a load and immediately to enable the backup through said battery by inserting a switching means into a discharge circuit and by keeping said switching means at the ON state, when a set code is inputted by an input means. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 21 is inserted between a battery 11 and a load 35 so that said transistor 21 is kept at the ON state when a set code is inputted from a keyboard 37. Thus, the discharge of said battery 11 by the load 35 can be prevented after shipment from a factory till delivery to an end user, while the backup by said battery 11 can be performed immediately when only the set code is inputted from the keyboard 37 after said delivery to an end user.</p> |
