<p>PURPOSE:To produce operating resistance, etc., according to inputting operation so as to provide a confortable operation feeling by using fuzzy control at a lever inputting device. CONSTITUTION:Sensors 1, 2 for detecting operation of turning movement of a lever 3, converting means 7, 8, 9 for converting the output of each of the sensors 1, 2 to the adaptation of a membership function preset at each output, a fuzzy processing portion 10 for calculating the amount of torque to be provided to the lever 3 according to the adaptation input using a fuzzy inference rule, and torque generating means 11, 12 which are installed at the support shaft portion of the lever 3 for providing torque to the lever 3 according to the amount of torque calculated, are provided. Thus operation of turning movement of the lever is detected and fuzzy control is employed to produce operating resistance according to inputting operation, whereby setting is freed with regard to the response of the lever during operation. A lever inputting device with excellent operability is thus obtained.</p> |
