PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance, gloss, etc., by incorporating a resin composition comprising a specific graft polymer, etc., with organosilicon compound of specific structure at specified amount. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating a total of 100 pts.wt. of (A) 20-100 pts.wt. of a graft polymer prepared by polymerization, in the presence of A1: 5-90wt.% of a latex of an ethylene-propylene- nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber, of A2: 95-10wt.% of at least one kind of monomer selected from aromatic vinyl compounds and ethylenic unsaturated monomers of formula I (R is H, etc.; X is CN, etc.) and (B) 0-80 pts.wt. of a rigid thermoplastic resin, with (C) 0.01-15 pts.wt. of at least one organosilicon compound selected from (1) organosiloxanes of formula II(R<2>-R<5> are each 1-8C alkyl, etc.; m is integer >=1), (2) silane compounds of formula III and (3) organohalosilane compounds of formula IV (n is 1-3; Y is halogen: R<6> is 1-8C alkyl, etc.). |
