TRANSPARENT AND FLAME-RETARDANT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in impact resistance and flame retardancy by incorporating a rubber-based graft copolymer with a halogen compound having specific melting or softening point and an antimony compound having specific granular size at specified amounts, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer prepared by graft copolymerization to A1: 5-60 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer of A2: 40-50 pts.wt. of vinyl cyanide plus an aromatic vinyl compound with (B) 10-50 (pref. 15-25) pts.wt. of a halogen compound <=280 deg.C in melting or softening point (e.g. diphenyl oxide having 2-9 bromine groups) and (C) 0.5-15 (pref. 1-10) pts.wt. of an antimony compound <=0.1mum in granular size (e.g. antimony trioxide).
