PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid soap causing no chapping of hand skin and waste water pollution by adding a liquid obtained by adding citrus fruits to an aqueous solution of alkali to a heated raw material oils and fats, adding blend of starch and powdered milk thereto, subjecting the blend to heating under stirring, cooling and solidification and further adding hot water thereto to dissolve the solidified material. CONSTITUTION:A mixed liquid obtained by adding surface skin of citrus fruits and fruit juice of flesh to an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide is added to heated raw material fats and oils and after saponification is completed, mixture of several kind of starches (powder of potato, wheat, corn, soybean, rice, sweet potato, etc.) and powdered milk is added thereto. After operation of hydrolysis, heating and stirring, when state of the treated blend becomes colloid state, heating and stirring is stopped and the colloid is cooled and solidified and further hot water is added thereto and the mixed liquid is stirred and dissolved to provide the aimed liquid soap. |
