PURPOSE:To discriminate an abnormal position positively by separating a controller and a solenoid valve by a switch section, driving an actuator and discriminating and deciding each abnormality of a drive section, a sensor and the controller. CONSTITUTION:The switches 7a, 7b of a relay box 7 are changed over to the 7c, 7d sides, and a controller 6 is detached from solenoid valves 3a, 3b. A switch 7c is closed, and a hydraulic cylinder 1 is driven in the direction of contraction, and the state of no abnormality is confirmed. When the hydraulic cylinder 1 does not reach a stroke end, the abnormality of the hydraulic cylinder 1, the solenoid valves 3a, 3b or power supplies 4 is decided, and displayed to a display section 8. When the specified value of a sensor 5 and an actual output value are compared and normality is decided, the switch 7d on the reverse side is closed, and diagnosis is conducted similarly. Accordingly, abnormal positions can be discriminated automatically and respectively only by inputting detecting signals to a diagnostic section 8. |
