<p>The method consists of making an electrical conductor with permanent super-conducting properties by a modified thermal treatment process. Permanent super-conductors can be made from synthetic or electrically-conductive materials as well as from metals. Also provided is a method and apparatus for activation, variation, control and/or commutation of an electric current in the super-conducting material circuit, the super-conducting state remaining wholly or partially complete, during which the circuit current can be manipulated.</p> |
