<p>PURPOSE:To improve the strength and durability while preventing weight balance from dispersing by forming an internal additional member integrally in a tubular shaft body formed of a prepreg sheet according to a specific process. CONSTITUTION:A projection 35 of an internal affix member 33 is inserted in a support hole 41 formed in an end of a core bar 39 having on the outer periphery a step 37 so that said member 33 is disposed in the end of the core bar 39. An auxiliary prepreg sheet 43 of high strength fibers impregnated with synthetic resin is wound at the internal affix member 33 side of the step 37 of the core bar 39 outside said affix member 33. Prepreg sheets 45, 47, 49 for forming a shaft body 31 formed of high strength fibers impregnated with synthetic resin are sequentially wound outside the auxiliary prepreg sheet 43 and the core bar 39. An auxiliary prepreg sheet 51 is wound outside the internal affix member 33 outside these sheets. The outer peripheries of the prepreg sheets 51, 49 are fastened by a fastening tape to be heat hardened. The core bar 39 is withdrawn and the fastening tape is stripped off.</p> |
