<p>PURPOSE:To enhance conveying efficiency by making up plural sets of trains of stators, and arranging respective trains of stators in zigzag in the conveying direction so that the preceding train of stators positioned on the upstream side of the conveying direction overlaps a part of the following train of stators positioned on the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:Linear motor coils 10, 10,... are structured by plural sets of trains of stators 11, 11,..., and respective trains of stators 11 are arranged in zigzag in the conveying direction so that the preceding train of stators 11 positioned on the upstream side S1 of the conveying direction overlaps a part of the following train of stators 11 positioned on the downstream side S2, and reaction members 14 (moving pieces) are provided in every train of stators 11. By moving the members 14 downstream in the conveying direction along respective trains of stators 11, a pallet 3 is delivered to the members 14 of the following train of stators 11, and materials to be conveyed are conveyed sequentially in the conveying direction. In this manner, since the members 14 are provided separately in respective independent trains of stators, interference of the preceding members 14 with the following members 14 can be avoided, and the members 14 are moved speedily.</p> |
