PURPOSE:To obtain a nonwoven fabric interior material having good bonding strength with a foamed P.P sheet base material by providing a coating layer consisting of microcapsules including a solvent having affinity to a polypropylene(P.P) resin and a thermoplastic resin to the single surface of a needle-punched nonwoven fabric layer formed from a solution-dyed synthetic fiber. CONSTITUTION:A coating layer consisting of microcapsules including a solvent having affinity to a P.P resin and a thermoplastic resin is provided to the single surface of a needle-punched nonwoven fabric layer formed from a solution-dyed synthetic fiber layer. At the time of the adhesion with a foamed P.P sheet base material, the wall substance constituting the microcapsules is softened and destructed by the heat transmitted from the foamed PP sheet and the nucleus substance being the solvent having affinity to the P.P resin is discharged to dissolve the surface part of the foamed P.P sheet and largely contributes to the enhancement of the bonding force with a nonwoven fabric interior material. Especially, the amorphous part and low MW P.P in the surface part of the P.P sheet are eluted and fine unevenness is formed to the surface of the P.P sheet to enhance bonding strength. |
