PURPOSE:To make the welding part of a synthetic resin sheet hard to adhere with sewing threads, and prevent it from being pulled out to the sheet surface after sewing by effecting machine sewing via rubber latex between the sheets in an overlapped part of a plurality of sewed sheets as synthetic resin sheets. CONSTITUTION:An instep leather (synthetic resin sheet) 10 and a reinforcement member (synthetic resin sheet) 20 of the instep leather 10 are overlapped each other via rubber latex 30 for forming an overlapped part 40. For instance, for both the instep leather 10 and the reinforcement member 20, a three layered synthetic leather is used, which comprises a base material layer 11, 21, foamed layers 12, 22 and the surface layers 13, 23. The rubber latex 30 acts to prevent the instep leather 10 or the melted part of the reinforcement member 20 heated and melted through the high speed stitch of needles 50 from adhering to the threads, and also from being pulled outside of machine needle holes 14 in the sheet surface of these instep leather 10 and the reinforcement member 20 following in stitches of the machine needles 50, and acts as a tacking adhesive agent of the instep leather 10 and the reinforcement member 20. |
