<p>PURPOSE:To set cut available speed even in a short size material easily by giving the average running speed (line speed) and the cut length of the material to numerically controlled device which moderates both of a feed-out machine and a cutting machine individually and then sets them in the same certain speed. CONSTITUTION:In case of a short size material, a shear motor is accelerated in speed over synchronous speed Vs, the equivalent of Lso-Ls that the movement quantity Ls (slash portion) of an edge is shorter than the one-turn movement quantity Lso of the edge, provided that the material moves while keeping the synchronous speed Vs during a cut period (T) as shown in Fig. (C). T = Ls/Vso holds. On the other hand, a feeder motor is decelerated in speed below the synchronous speed Vs, the equivalent of Ls-L that feed-out length or synchronous length Ls is longer than cut length (L), provided that the material is fed out at synchronous speed Vs during the cut period (T) as shown in Fig. (D). The area of the slash portion refers to feed length or feed length (L), and so line speed V = L/T holds. The speed Vs during cut thus gets higher than the line speed V.</p> |
