PURPOSE: To regulate the pushing pressure exerted on the front part of a foot and a forward inclination function of the upper shell by installing a clasp as a binding fixture means of a ski boot on an upper shell and by having such a structure that an upper shell is linked to an outer boot shell by a hinge and that on both sides of the upper shell a pair of branch segments extending the toe are formed. CONSTITUTION: An upper shell 2 is linked to an outer boot shell 4 by a hinge 15, forming a pair of branch segments 3 extending toward the toe on both sides of the upper shell 2, and is equipped with clasps of binding fixture means 7, 8 & 9. A forward inclination is performed by the upper shell 2 and the hinge 15 acts as a rotational point. The two tip portion of two of branches segments 3 incline toward the sole. When a tongue section 6 of a ski boot is completely fastened to the upper shell 2, the movement of two branches segments 3 is utilized to apply pushing pressure not only to the tongue section 6 but also to the instep.
