Closed implanting instrument - accommodates sterile injection needle and implant before use

The instrument implants, using an injection needle, a medicinal prepn. or electronic switch for remote detection in the body, and is designed for use once only. Before use the needle and implant are accommodated, sterile and well protected, inside the instrument, which is still closed. On use, needle and implant are thrust through the instrument wall and into the body to a predetermined depth. The needle then shoots back inside the instrument, while a thrust pin holds the implant in the body at the correct depth.
