The device functions in the following manner: the duct 1 provided with a filter 3 is equipped with a motor 2 adapted for a current of 220V which propels the air as far as the duct 4, this air emerges with power via the cells 5 placed all along this duct 4 (section along AA) in the vertical direction towards the duct 7 (section along BB) which is placed at the bottom and is of a flared shape in order better to receive this air. This duct 7 is equipped with a motor 9, which has the function of drawing in the air propelled by the duct 4, and has an outlet filter 8. The device according to the invention is intended in particular to equip motor cars between driver and passengers, counter windows, offices (blowing and sucking ducts), displays of food products and cradles (sucking ducts only). <IMAGE>
