PURPOSE:To improve drive feeling and simplify inspection and maintenance by arranging a power unit inside a rear wheel, viewed from the side and connecting the power unit onto a car body frame through a swing arm and connecting the swing arm onto the car body frame in the front part through one side of the wheel. CONSTITUTION:A power unit 9 consists of an engine 10 and a transmission system, 11 is arranged inside a rear wheel 8, viewed from the side. The power unit 9 rotatably supports a rear axle through a casing (a), and arranged in forwardly shifted state for the rear wheel 8 so that the center is set on the front side in comparison with the rear axle. Further, the power unit 9 is supported in vertically swingable manners onto a car body frame 1 through a swing arm 13 connected with the lower part and a reaction in the upper part. Further, in the swing arm 13, the front part 11a is connected with the car body frame 1 through a pivot part 15 and a pivot shaft 16, and the rear part is rotatably connected with the power unit 9 through a shaft 17. |
