The body (12) is located in a stationary frame (18) rotatable around an axis transversal to the movement plane of the wire guides (16). The guides are supported by a piston unit (15) in a pressure medium-activated cylinder (14), each cylinder being connected to a pressure medium source (21) via movement components (22-25) for separate movement of each piston forwards and backwards. The cylinders are fitted in the body which is ring-shaped, one above the other, in a plane at right-angles to the central axis Of the bOdy. The mOVement COmpOnents COmprise control valves (22) activated by a random generator (25). In the bearing surface of the frame are ring tracks (26) connected by conduits (23) to the control valves. Further ring tracks in the body locating surface are connected by conduits (24) to each cylinder end. The movement components are pneumatically operated.
