Device for supplying electrical power to a ship 1 which comprises a mobile structure formed by a telescopic horizontal arm 6, 16 which can rotate and deflect vertically. The end of the arm carries a panel 23 to which are attached the electrical cables 21 running along the arm 6, 16. The displacements of the mobile structure move the cables 21 towards an electrical connection cabinet 30 thus reducing the wiring time whilst ensuring the safety of the hardware and personnel. <IMAGE>
