<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of buried body detection by incorporating the detection coil of a squid flux meter in a conductor ring and exposing it to the magnetic field produced by a buried body. CONSTITUTION:The squid flux meter 1 is constituted by providing the detection coil 2, an input coil 3, a squid element 4, and an output circuit part 5 in a container body 1a, where LHe is stored, in order from below. The coil 3, element 4, and circuit 5 are incorporated in a magnetic field 6. A detecting circuit part 7 is connected to the output side of the circuit part 5. The circuit part 7 has an RF unit 7a, a squid controller 7b, a phase detector 7c, a waveform analyzer 7d, and a recorder 7e which are connected in order. An oscillator 8 supplies an AC current to the underground buried body A such as a steel tube to be measured and the output of the oscillator 8 is inputted to the detector 7c. When the buried body A is detected, the coil 2 is put in the ring 9, which is arranged while open vertically.</p> |
