<p>PURPOSE:To promptly supply hot water of set temperature by regulating introduction of a hot water side opening operation of a hot water supply-to-water supply ratio control valve to a ratio control operation in response to supplying hot water temperature at the time of detection of start of hot water supplying by a hot water supply detector. CONSTITUTION:A ratio control valve 11 so controls the ratio of water amount to an electric hot water heater 16 to that to a bypass passage 21 as to become hot water temperatures set by temperature setters 28, 29 in a state that hot waters are supplied via cocks 26, 27. If the hot water is supplied again within a short period of time after the hot water supplying is stopped, a controller 30 judges that the supplying hot water temperature is not largely different from a set temperature and immediately controls a rate. After a predetermined period of time is elapsed after the stop of the hot water supply, the connection of the passage 21 to the heater 16 is disconnected by a ratio control valve 22, hot water of the heater 16 is supplied until time determined in response to the temperature of a hot water heater 25 or a predetermined temperature is obtained, and ratio control for setting the mixed hot water temperature as set value is thereafter performed. Accordingly, the hot water of temperature near the set temperature can be early supplied.</p> |
