The textile can form a bed insert, or a cuff. or sleeve, and the plates can be sewn between two layers of textile, or woven into or stapled to one. The layers of the plates can be secured together by gluing or rolling, and the sleeves or cuffs can be decorated on the outside. USE - Protects from ground or elecromagnetic radiation etc.
