PURPOSE:To prevent sudden departure of a car without fail by keeping on stopping the car in working an accelerator pedal based on the output of a detector for accelerator pedal working when the connections of an external energizer and a battery charger are dissolved in working the accelerator pedal. CONSTITUTION:When an accelerator pedal is started to work, a microswitch 16 is turned ON and the output of a comparator 24 gets zero. In working the accelerator pedal the charging of a battery 3 is performed and a limit switch 17 is turned OFF. When the connections of an external energizer and a battery charger are then dissolved, the limit switch 17 is turned ON. The output of the comparator 24, on the other, remains zero as the accelerator is in full admission. The signal S from an AND gate 22 to a memory 23 becomes zero. An AND gate 15 thereby outputs no operation signal to a chopper 8 and a motor is stopped to disable a car to travel as a result. |
