摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a piezo-electric material with a high piezo-electric modulus by a method wherein a specified ferroelectric substance particulates, for which quantity of mixture is specified, are added to a copolymer of alpha, beta unsaturated nitril and conjugated diene, for both of which contents are specified respectively, and polyvinylidene fluoride and this composite material is formed into an electlet. CONSTITUTION:The copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene 1 and 3 are used for the copolymer of the alpha and beta unsaturated nitril and conjugated diene. The content of nitril is set at 45-80mol%, and the content of diene is set at 5- 100wt%. Also, a polymer with a framework structure of CH2+CF2 is used for polyvinylidene fluoride resin and the quantity of which is set at 95-0wt%. Besides, PbZrO3-PbTiO3 mixture is used for the ferroelectric substance particulates to be mixed, and the quantity used is set at 30-90vol%. Then, the compound is mixed and kneeded using a roll, brought into a film state, DC field is applied, and then formed into an electret.</p>
