<p>PURPOSE:To easily and surely make a mold having uniform necessary harness by ascending/descending a pressing plate arranged with projecting member and vent hole after blowing molding sand into a raising flask arranged with the vent hole and a casting flask and squeezing the molding sand. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 19 and the casting flask 11 are set on a pattern surface plate 9 providing a squeeze cylinder 8, and a raising flask 10 is brought into press-contact with the casting flask 11. Into this casting flask 11 and raising flask 10, the molding sand is blown from a blowing head 1 with compressed air and successively, the pressing plate 13 arranged between the blowing head 1 and the raising flask 10 is ascended/descended with a cylinder 17 to squeeze the molding sand. In the above molding apparatus, a rectangular frame body 7 is arranged to a blowing plate 6 in the blowing head 1 and the molding sand is introduced into gap between the frame body 7 and the pattern 19 and uniformly packed. Further, the vent holes 18, 16 are bored to the raising flask 10 and the pressing plate 13 respectively to vent the compressed air, and further, the projecting member 15 is arranged to the pressing plate 13 and the packed molding sand is compacted uniformly to high density.</p> |
