The frame section is for a collapsible stand, kiosk etc, and comprises vertical, horizontal and if necessary inclined bars. It comprises a pair of vertical parallel bars (1) joined at the ends via connecting bars (3) to those of a pair of horizontal bars (2). The plane of the pair of vertical bars is clear of that of the horizontal ones. The horizontal bars can be above and below the ends of the vertical ones, and preferably symmetrical in relation to the horizontal plane through the middle of the vertical bars and at right angles to them.
