PURPOSE:To sufficiently prevent crosstalk by dividing a high frequency circuit block and a low frequency circuit block by using the lowest potential metal wiring of low impedance. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor chip 5 is provided with a high frequency circuit block 10 and a low frequency circuit block 20 which are divided by the lowest potential wiring 1. Further, the high frequency circuit wiring and the low frequency circuit wiring are connected by pads 4a, 4b, gold wires 3a, 3b, and a terminal 2. By this constitution, the high frequency circuit block and the low frequency circuit block do not neighbor with each other, and are divided by the lowest potential metal wiring of low impedance, so that crosstalk does not generate. |
