<p>A device comprising a generally cylindrical plastics container (1) sealed at its ends and having an area intermediate (5) said ends defined by one or more temporary seals (4), thereby dividing the container into two compartments (6, 7) and an intermediate area (5) between the compartments, is provided. The compartment (6) of the container adjacent to one end thereof contains a first material and the compartment (7) of the container adjacent to the other end thereof contains a second material in which the first material is to be dispersed or dissolved prior to use. The intermediate area (5) contains neither the first nor the second material and the temporary seal (4) or seals is or are arranged so that it or they can be broken by finger pressure to permit communication between the outer compartments (6, 7), thereby permitting mixing of the first and the second materials.</p> |
