Phase coupled auxiliary carrier regenerator

The generated signal has a frequency (Fc), phase-coupled with a signal of another frequency (Fsc). The first frequency equals a multiple of the second frequency. The generator has a terminal for receiving a clock pulse signal with a specified frequency, i.e. a multiple of a constant with the second frequency. A counter (12.14) responds to the clock pulse signal, counting sequentially in a specified mode, while repeatedly generating a series of address values. A memory (16) is programmed by data at the address points, corresp. to the amplitude values of the signal with the second frequency. It responds to the address values and generates a data train at its output as a binary representation of the signal with the first frequency.
