PURPOSE:To maintain the flowability of a kneaded material for a certain time, to obtain strength by heating in a short time and to produce a high strength cement product having fine appearance and maintaining stability over a long period of time by kneading a cement compsn. consisting of specified components with water and by carrying out molding and hardening by heating. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 100 pts.wt. fluorohauyne [(CaO)3(Al2O3)3CaF2] having >=3,000cm<2>/g, preferably 4,000-8,000cm<2>/g Blaine value with 30-300 pts.wt., preferably 50-200 pts.wt. inorg. sulfate, preferably II-type anhydrous gypsum having >=2,000cm<2>/g, preferably 3,000-8,000cm<2>/g Blaine value is added as a hardening accelerating agent to cement such as ordinary, high early strength or ultrahigh early strength Portland cement by 7-50 pts.wt., preferably 10-40 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt., in total, of the cement and the hardening accelerating agent. They are mixed, kneaded with water, molded and hardened by heating to 40-100 deg.C to obtain the cement products. |
