PURPOSE:To enable anisotropic arrangement having methodical order in each compo nent by selecting 3 kinds of specified substances, one having a light sensitizing function and another 2 having an electron donative or receptive property and developing them into a subphase, controlling surface pressure, and transferring them on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A salt capable of forming the Langmuir-Blodgett's (LB) membrane in the presence of an LB membrane-forming adjuvant or not and containing ions (a) having a light sensitizing function and an electron receptive or donative property as a constituent, a hydrophilic salt containing ions (b) having a light sensitizing func tion and an electron receptive or donative property as a constituent, and a reverse polarity to the ions (a), and a hydrophobic salt having a light sensitizing function and an electron receptive or donative property are selected so as to comprise one component having the light sensitizing function, the other component of the rest 2 having an electron donative or receptive property, and the selected 3 kinds of substances are developed to the subphase, in the presence of the LB membrane forming adjuvant or not, and transferred on the substrate, while the surface pressure is con trolled, thus permitting the obtained anisotropic LB membrane to perform electric charge transfer reaction, and each component to be in intimate arrangement. |
