PURPOSE:To manufacture a two-color molded product by controlling generation of a defective product without generating an air rich area on a surface side of a decorative part, by a method wherein a molding material of the decorative part is caused to flow to a surface side of an insert through the first through hole from a rear side of the insert and then to the rear side of the insert through the second through hole from the surface side of the insert. CONSTITUTION:The second through holes 14 penetrating through both sides of an insert 12 with a partition wall 15 between them at the fringe of the inside of an arrangement part of a decorative part 17 are formed respectively into two positions close to end parts of the first through hole 13. The rear sides of the insert 12 at the partition walls 15 each are constituted so that they abut against a mold surface 33a of a movable mold 33 in a mold molding a coating layer 16 at the time of molding. A plurality of small holes 23 penetrating through both the sides of the insert 12 are formed in the circumference of the first through hole 13 further. Those small holes 23 lead a molding material M molding the decorative part 17 to the rear side of the insert 12 through the coating layer part 16 of the circumference of the decorative part 17 and contrive prevention of peeling of the coating layer of the circumference of the decorative part 17. |
