<p>A cleaning station for storing, cleaning and replacing ostomy equipment. The station is mountable on a wall (47, 71, 119) and is further adapted to be positioned over or in close proximity to a toilet (27, 72, 98, 126). The cleaning station includes a cabinet (30, 70, 96, 127), a countertop (54) and sink (55), and a support adapted to support the cabinet (30, 70, 96, 127) on a wall (47, 71, 119). The sink (55) is fitted with a drain conduit (59) adapted for discharging waste from the sink (55) to a disposal site. The support is adapted to extend laterally whereby the cabinet (30, 70, 96, 127) may be displaced outwardly from its position adjacent a wall (47, 71, 119) to a location above a waste disposal site such as a conventional toilet (27, 72, 98, 126).</p> |
