A cascade-like overall circuit for generating very high frequency powers of large bandwidth consisting of high-voltage-proof solid-screened coaxial cables by the interconnection of part-components for the addition of 4 high frequency powers (P1, P2, P3, P4) of the same phase, amplitude and power at the addition point (P) of the part-components and transformation of the reduced impedance, with the output point (Q) of the part-components which is connected to the addition point (P) of the next higher cascade. A Guanella transformer with air coils (L1, L2) of coaxial cables provides a 1:4 resistance transformation. A large bandwidth is obtained with the aid of compensating capacitors (C1, C2). |
