PURPOSE:To easily improve uniform quality and performance by pulverizing and drying a specified calcined body, forming granules, calcining them once and more, pulverizing the calcined body, mixing the resulting powder with additives and forming a slurry. CONSTITUTION:BaCO3 is mixed with Sm2O3, CeO2, La2O3, TiO2, etc., in a desired molar ratio and this mixture is dehydrated, dried and calcined at 1,000-1,100 deg.C for 2hr. The calcined body is pulverized with a ball mill, etc., dehydrated and dried to obtain calcined powder. This powder is mixed with a binder such as paraffin and dry-granulated. The resulting granules are calcined at 1,250-1,330 deg.C for 2hr and the calcined body is pulverized to obtain calcined powder. This powder is mixed with a binder, a plasticizer, etc., and a slurry is prepd. and molded with a doctor blade device, etc., to produce a green sheet of dielectric ceramics contg. Ti and Ba. |
