发明名称 PRODUCTION OF OXIDE SUPERCONDUCTING POWDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To accelerate crystal growth in calcination and to obtain the good- quality oxide superconducting powder without being sintered after calcination for a long time and without repeated calcination and crushing by using PbO2 as the powder of Pb oxide in the raw material. CONSTITUTION:The powder of the oxides of Bi, Pb and Cu and the powder of the oxides or carbonates of Sr and Ca are mixed in a specified ratio, the obtained mixed powder is then calcined at a specified temp. to crystallize the powder with 0.1<=x<=0.6 in the formula, and the crystal grains are crushed to produce the oxide superconducting powder shown by the formula. In this method, Bi2O3, PbO2, SrO, CaO and CuO are used as the powder of the oxides of Bi, Pb, Sr, Ca and Cu. Unlike the conventional method in which PbO is used as the oxide of Pb, sintering is not carried out for a long time after calcination, calcination and crushing are not repeated, and the powder shown by the formula is efficiently produced.
