摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide the title catalyst promoting the reaction between a unsaturated bisimide and diamine along with suppressing the formation of high- molecular weight components and capable of giving prepolymer with reduced residual diamine, selected from (iso)thiocyanic acid and its salts. CONSTITUTION:The objective catalyst useful for producing an addition-type imide resin prepolymer by reaction between a unsaturated bisimide and a diamine, selected from (iso)thiocyanic acid and its salts. It is preferable that the amount of the present catalyst to be added be 0.1-5wt.% based on the total amount of the unsaturated bisimide and diamine. And for the addition-type imide resin prepolymer to be produced, the amount of the residual unreacted diamine component is pref. <=3wt.% based on the prepolymer in terms of solid content. |
